is my dizziness caused by my stomach?

started having stomach issues like 2 months ago... some reflux, stomach discomfort, bloating/fullness after eating, loss of appetite... improved a lot since than but not 100%.......... had a CT scan already of my entire abdomen... nothing........going for a Endoscopy on the 21'st.

about 1 - 2 weeks after my stomach issues started i got some dizziness for a few days.... then it went away..... then i noticed at times i would feel a bit light headed after eating..... then it went away......

now its been with me daily for about 2 weeks... mild dizzy feeling..... a bit of tension in the head....

I'm thinking maybe stomach infection? I dunno... But I'm assuming it has to do with my stomach since it began right after my stomach issues started.............

No diarrhea

No fever

Blood pressure normal

ct scan looked normal

Hi, I have had Gastritis for 6 weeks fed up with it. I have also experienced the dizzy feeling. Now I have upped the PPI to 40mg it has been much better, so I am hoping things might be improving.

I have had GI issue for 5 years now, I always feel the dizziness you mentioned. So I think yes it is related to the stomach.

Has anyone heard of vertigo. You can get treated for this. Not a stomach cause. But I believe an inner ear problem.
