Is my Epididymitis Coming Back?

Hi there everyone,
So basically I was diagnosed with Chronic Epididymitis after a long period of undiagnosed pain and discomfort which also caused swelling in my left Epididymis and Testicle.
My left testicle did, unfortunately suffer some atrophy as a result, and is quite a bit smaller than my right one.
I recently started getting an aching pain in my right testicle, which also presents as a sharp pain at times. This gets worse when sitting down.
Upon feeling my testicle, I noticed at the bottom of it is a rather sensitive area which gives a sharp pain when I run my fingers over it lightly. The pain happens every single day and it is literally the only symptom in the right testicle so far. I do not get the swelling in my Epididymis like I did on the left side, and there aren’t any major pains or swellings at all.
I'm extremely worried because I do not want the Epididymitis to return somehow. I have had blood tests and urine tests which have confirmed there is no active infection, and I have also seen a Urologist whom has examined me to confirm there is no active infection, but the pain is still there, and I am extremely worried because sometimes when I do feel my right testicle it appears as though it might be also getting slightly smaller than usual...
I have had my Testosterone levels checked which came back normal according to my GP, but this pain is really getting to me, and I am desperate to find an answer!
I have two main questions here:
1) My left testicle has begun getting slightly larger again now - could this be the atrophy successfully reversing naturally?
2) What could this pain be in the right testicle now?
Any help would be great guys, I am suffering with Depression and Anxiety as a result of all of this, worse than I usually do (and that’s saying something!)
Any help would be great!

i am afraid chronic implies it's not going away. It is frustrating but don't let it depress you. We are going to suffer too long from anything chronic! I have the exact same symptoms. Do I need to spend less time sitting down? Yes of course. There are times when I have to sit down in my job or during travel and the pain amplifies. Elevating my scrotum above my heart level helps. Hot and cold treatments help and so do anti inflammatories. How did you manage to get relief the first time? I wonder if there are any homeopathy cures or would acupuncture help? Please keep us up to date with this problem as it seems to me there are lots of men out there having little understanding as to how to live with this blight!

Since stopping the meds the pain seems to have gone down a hell of a lot (almost non-existent now)
Wish me luck! I just hope this doesn’t affect my fertility as I do have a low sperm count as it is, and me and my partner do want children in the future so let's see how things go!
Cheers,
