Dx with fibromyalgia November 2016, after many months of changing medications and increasing. I finally found the right combination to keep my pain under control.. I will still get flares ups occasionally, they would come after high stressful times, like the day after Christmas. It puts me in bed for a couple days where I sleep all day and all night. Every inch hurts... I'd start to feel better where I could function... But lately I have felt like in have sore legs, I thought it was due to stretching with cheer practice( I coach my daughter team) but were on a break now, so that can't be it...2 days ago I cleaned my whole house( light clean) than went to the street fair, I parked my truck went to get out and I got a sudden burst of pain/shock from my Zhip to my knee. Me being me I thought walk it out.. but after walking a couple blocks it hurt so bad, I went home and rested. Woke and felt fine the next day, but about 4 hrs into my day again the pain/shock but this time both legs. I again tried to rest and that didn't help, that night I was siting in bed and I could see and feel the spams in my legs. Today every inch feels sore and is twitching. I don't know what to do? I want to feel my normal. Arenmy symptoms fibromyalgia or did I just injure my self cleaning... help me...

Hi, I'm new here. I have had similar issues too. And associate it with a nerve pain. Yours sounds like sciatica. It's a nerve that could be causing that pain.. I am not an expert though. Look it up and see if that fits what you are feeling. If so, there are light stretches for it. And it will just take time to heal.

I tried responding, looks like it didn't go thru. My answer is it could be sciatica pain. Which is unrelated to fibro. It is a nerve that can flare up. And get irritated easily. Look it up and see if it sounds like your symptoms! Good luck!
