Is my girlfriend pregnant?

Hello guys, please help because I'm really worried if my girlfriend is pregnant.

We had unprotected sex on 4th of June, a week after her last period(on 28th of May). I had pulled out on time but just to be on the safer side she took emergency contraception 2days later. About 2 weeks later(on 22nd of June) she had heavy bleeding (lasting 3days). Fast forward to 18th of July, we had sex again but this time used condoms.

Now, it has been 49days since that heavy period on 22nd June, she hasn't got her periods yet. She says she has stomach pain and backpain(on and off) for about a week now but still doesn't want to go the doctor. She doesn't have sore boobs or nausea. Whenever I try to bring up if she's pregnant she completely denies it and gets annoyed so have stopped asking altogether.

Please anyone, am I worrying too much?
