Hi,

I'm 15 my foreskin is joined to the head of my penis. I can pull my foreskin back when I masterbate but at the back it has skin joining to the helmet(head) is this normal?

Yes Jack, it's normal. From the photos you supplied everything looks OK.  The skin you describe is called the frenulum. It's not actually attached to your glans (head of the penis), but to your foreskin. It aids the retraction and movement of your prepuce (foreskin) when you masturbate, and also when we have sex with a female..

We also have a lingual frenulum under our tongue (both sexes). Without it we would not have freedom of movement when we talk or even stick our tongue out and retract it.

Our penile frenulum is also erotically very sensitive, giving us extra pleasure.

So all in all, your penis is perfect. I hope this information has been helpful to you.

    Hello Jack :-)

Yes, absolutely. Everything seem to be perfectly fine, as one other member already have described. :-) There's no need to worry. Your penis is as it should.
