the opening of my penis is like a red inflamed bump. Almost like lips. It doesn't hurt or cause any irritation. It's been like this as long as I can remember way before any sexual activity. Thanks

Talk to ur general doc and get a referral to a urologist if they deem it necessary. Mind u, all penis' come in different shapes, sizes, spots, bumps, colors. Perhaps u were born with it and it will never be an issue. G luck.
