Last year in july my grandfather passed away from prostate cancer and in october of the same year i started to have weird symptoms.
I woke up one day with my chest tight felt like someone was sitting on it and couldnt catch a deep breath.
After that i was having chills, feeling weak, insomia, diarrhea, stomach issues, not feeling my self.
I need help!! Its now been 8 months with little to no relief

Hi I'm really sorry about your grandad, it's really hard when we lose someone close to us especially the first one, it can be a really frightening experience as well, we tend to think that our family will always be their but sadly their are forces in life that we have no control over.
Have you been to see your GP or even spoke to say your Mum or Dad, you do need some help getting over this.
As for your symptoms I'm sure that the grief you are feeling is probably creating these symptoms but you need to get them seen ruled out and that will help you to overcome these frightening symptoms.
Anxiety can effect people in different ways so try not too worry but make an appointment at your dr's today
I hope you get this resolved very soon
Remember all the good memories you have with your grandad, these can help you get over this part, also remember that if your worried about the Clinical aspect of his death prostrate cancer is very treatable and sadly mostly an older persons disease.
Take care
