i would just like peace of mind and reassurace that im okay, if thats rhe case. i have really bad health anxiety, i do take meds for it. . for YEARS now, i have had this small spot on my labia minora. as circled in above picrure. i noticed it when i was in middle school, i am 21 now and it has not changed shape, color, or size. it is not painful, or itchy. it is flat. i always panic that it is vulvar melanoma, as i have read about it. but since it hasnt changed any, could it just be a birthmark?

also, what are those bumps pictured? i have just recently started panicking about them, but im sure theyve also been there for years. panicked so hard last night in fact, i threw up and havent been able to eat or sleep since. i have read they could just be fordyce spots, but mine seem to be a bit bigger i think? they dont itch or hurt that ive noticed. i also seen somwthing anout genital warts which scared the crap out of me. but ive been married for a year mow and been with the same guy for 3. i have been pregnant and had a miscarriage at 12 weeks so i WANT to think that if anything was wrong with me like cancerous, or std, hpv wise.. theyd have caught when they were doing those blood tests/ultrasounds. they had to do internal and external ultrasounds.

one last thing. if i have sex after my period ends, i always bleed just a little. and its normally only the forst time after i pee/wipe. it doesnt hurt to have sex, and i ONLY spot like that after my period ends. i dont bleed after sex everytime, and i dont spot between periods. im on birth control pills.

sorry it is so long, ive never had anyonw to talk to about these things, so i dont know what a healthy vagina/vulva is suppossd to look like. thanks in advance!

Really sounds like nothing to worry about - for clarity though a couple of in focus images would assist.

Please stop worrying. You look perfectly OK . Sometimes labia do have darker patches and if you have had this for years and its not changed its ok.

Yes, they are Fordyce spots. Every woman has them although some women have larger ones. They are all part of the system that keeps your vulva healthy.

A bit of spotting immediately after your period is OK. its usually the last bit of old blood being expelled and intercourse sets it off. You obviously know that irregular spotting is not OK.

If you have any other doubts, do mention it when you have your smear done,so that any fears can be put to rest immediately.
