Is my verruca dead??

hi everyone ,i came back from holiday in july this year and realised there was a very lively verruca on my foot (plantar wart i think) and so i got this acidic treatment and applied it to my foot every night ,eventually i picked the last piece of my verruca off and i was so happy! fast forward a month or two later im in the bath and i feel something on my foot ,i look at it and bam! the verruca was back.Ive been treating it for two months now and i think i might have gotten rid of it ,here it is...image please can you let me know if you think itd gone or need another picture not so zoomed in?

    it looks that way. however, whats the red ? is that blood or the usual black but you see in a verucca? if it is i would keep treating until those have gone
