Is plan b messing with my body?

I had protected sex around July 17th and took a plan b the next day because my partner continued a bit after he finished. My reasoning of taking one was just in case semen happened to slip out. A week passes since I took the Plan B and I began to bleed. I posted the photos of my bleeding on different forums to ask if it looked like implantation bleeding or period bleeding and many answers led to it being plan b staring my period. So I considered it to be the plan b. I only really bled for about 3 days which was on the lighter side compared to my regular period. Usually during my cycle I get cramps, tender breasts and diarrhea but the only symptoms I got were diarrhea and it felt as though I had no cramps. As 3 day pasts I still bleed but it's not much and when I look at my urine some droplets come out. I've taken plan b before and my cycle has always seemed the same but it's different this time. I was told implantation bleeding isn't heavy and shouldn't have clots. I was also told it seemed to bright. Is the plan b taking a huge toll on my cycle or could I possibly be pregnant?
