Is smoking very dangerous after recovering from DVT and PE 6 years ago?

Hey guys

I hope you are all well.

Are you suffering of vte 6 years ago and husband on anticoagulants for the past 6 years, but recently reduced dose from I should be taking through to terrible side effects.

Currently I'm on the 150 mg Pradaxa dose, today due to severe stress and upset I went out and smoked tobacco but feel paranoid something Is going to happen.

When the DVT and PE happened the drs didn't do enough investigation into the cause so I still don't know if it was unprovoked or not.

Am I doing a very dangerous thing by smoking occasionally like this? Please help I feel worried

Sorry guys I meant to say "after" in the begining, and been instead of husband.
