Is somatisation causing me std symptoms?

Hi guy 2 weeks ago I had sex and my condom broke out. and from there and on I've been over thinking everything, I've been getting stressed out, checking out every std symptom and even got anxiety of 73 percent. On the 4rd day the inside of my penis started to hurt and i got even more shocked checking my penis every hour. I couldn't resist but to tell my friend about it. He told me I was worrying to much and I had to chill because my brain was probably takingn over my body and causing me imaginary simptoms. I listen to him and noticed that my penis pain was gone but I couldn't 100 percent stop thinking about it cause I was already feeling shocked and the pain came back and forth. Yesterday and today made me feel stressed out about the situation and I noticed a painless rash in the head of my penis and I'm in panic!!! Plz guys if you passed or know about this situation help me out and let me know what's going on. I already did an std exam but still waiting for results to come in.

If you have a rash and you feel something is wrong with Your Old Man, Either go see your GP next week or after New Year, whatever and allow Him to check you out

Your condition with all your checking may be doing your head in and causing your mentioned Anxiety

I saw that rash yesterday at night and all I wanted that moment was go to sleep. I woke up this morning and checked myself and the rash wasn't there no more. Thanks for the response, really appreciate it.
