Is something wrong with me?

I don't know when I'm hungry and when I'm full. It feels the same to me. I can feel my stomach rumbling when I'm hungry, but when I eat it doesn't leave even when I've eating enough. I can feel my stomach is full but I'm still hungry. This causes me to eat a lot of food. I ate 2,000 calories for breakfast yesterday and I still felt hungry. I don't know how else to explain this. Does anyone else feel this way?

    Several things...

Did you actually eat 2000 calories for breakfast or are you anxious that you have over eaten?

Did you eat much the night before?

Do you regularly eat carbohydrates with your meal?

Are you particularly anxious at present?

Have you lost weight previously, and are what is deemed underweight?

There are a number of factors and with more info I can advise you better.

I 100% ate 2,000 calories, I counted it after I ate it. I was shocked by how much I ate. I have been on a steady diet of 1,800 calories because I am trying to lose weight for wreslting. However this weekend was my birthday and I wanted to enjoy myself and eat freely. My meals always have carbs in them and the 2,000 calorie breakfast was mostly carbs and fats. I'm not anxious and I'm not underweight. I'm 5 foot 4 inches and 144 pounds so I'm healthy/slightly overweight. I used to be 170 pounds but I lost this weight from December to now

I'm sorry to hear this has caused anxiety for you.

You have just mentioned that you do wrestling. This is likely to be a contributory factor to your body wanting more calories.

2500 for a man and 2000 for a woman are only baseline guidance.  If you are more physically active your body will demand more fuel.  It's the same with a car. You can fill the tank with petrol for an average journey, but if you are going to be going further you will need to add more fuel.  Same with someone who is more active.  Some professional athletes are eating up to 6000 calories per day smile
