Is targeting different powers contraindicated in people with osteoporosis?

It's my fault for not considering this before my surgeries, but is any sort of offset between the eyes contraindicated in people with osteoporosis?

I don't think mini-monovision or monovision is contraindicated for any specific condition.

0.5D is not really considered mini-monovision or monovision. That amount of offset should not cause any problems, but if it does for you, why not just get corrective lenses-- glasses or contact lenses? And if that's unacceptable, a surgeon would normally recommend laser vision correction before a lens exchange. With a lens exchange you could end up with a bigger offset than 0.5D.
