Mustafa, what you describe is most likely caused by what your penis is in contact with - rather than being due to something physically wrong with your penis itself.

What I am talking about is usually caused by simple things such as regular use of soap and other forms of body wash such as shower gel.

It is understandable that after urinating you want to ensure that you do not develop odour related to bacteria issues around the tip of your penis, but when you wash using soap or something like a shower gel this has an impact on the health of your skin.

Your penis is also circumcised - what this means is the natural oils and hydration that is normally present on an adult penis is missing from you penis.

What to do: limit exposure of your penile skin to things like soap and shower gel. Take your time to clean your penis after urinating, try just to use water and the inside of your hand and fingertips to rub your penis clean, use warm, NEVER HOT water.

If you shower or wash your penis you must take the time to make sure your penis is completely dried.

To replace the hydration your penis does not have try to get yourself some liquid coconut oil or shea butter - apply these with a very light coating after each time you have taken a shower. They can also be used before you start to masturbate - again a very light coating of the oil or butter is all you need.

You may not notice much difference for a month or two after doing ALL of the things I have detailed to you, but slowly your comfort will improve, particularly when you masturbate.

Just also note - after you have ejaculated it is very common to get a unpleasant feeling within your penis, and this may even feel like a pain, sometimes - this is quite normal and the feelings or sensations of pain normally fade away quite quickly. Anther thing to do is make sure your do not need to urinate before you start masturbating - always ensure your bladder is empty of urine, before you masturbate

So what you have the normal healthy balance that your penile skin should normally have, as I say being circumcised removes the natural source of hydration.

This situation is then made worse by the regular things that you do now, so this is likely to be the regular use of soap and other forms of body wash on your penis.

When you masturbate the lack of natural hydration that you do not have is made worse by the action of friction when you move your penile skin backwards and forwards in masturbatory actions and activity.

The loss of hydration, whatever it is that is in contact with your penis on a regular basis, and as I say, this is most often, fundamentally soap and shower gel - all add together to create the irritation and redness you are experiencing.

Try to minimise contact with soap and things like shower gel on your penis - wash mainly with water, then fully dry.

As I also suggest, try something like liquid coconut oil to hydrate the skin of the upper-part of your penis - apply a very light coating after a shower, and before masturbating

It may take a number of months for the redness and irritation to fade. but if you put in place what I suggest for at least the next 6 to 8 months you should notice a beneficial difference

Things like coconut oil and shea butter as they are largely the plant product itself.

Aloe extract is fine, it is what this is suspended in to make it a usable product that cannot be certain of that makes this not predictable as to what the beneficial impact would be.

I would suggest the coconut oil is far better
