Every month about a week after my period, I notice this irritation on my labia. It is always small red bumps that don't hurt at all and vary in size. They go away in 2-3 days, they don't ooze and crust over, sometimes they scab. Thanks in advance for the help!

Most likely. Have a full STD screen and blood work done for a proper diagnosis.
