Is there a chance it’s problem of the heart?

I'm under investigation and trying to find out what my problems are. My health center doctor tells me it's nothing dangerous but it's a bit frustating when you don't know anything.

My symptoms discovered under a 5 months period: systolic heart murmur, chest pressure, elevated resting heart rate (85-90 bpm) just standing up and I'm up on 110 bpm, that's when I don't move. The last two weeks I've gotten shortness of breath and get easily winded by doing every day movements, that I could do easier before.

Is these something to worry about and be careful when walking around outdoors. I've read that cardiovascular are in the risk group of covid-19.

A bit about me I'm in my early twenties, I'm not overweight I have a bmi of 19. I don't smoke and don't drink alcohol, coffee or energy drinks , I eat minimum sugar and fast carbs. My food consist of a varied diet with a lot of greens, fruits and healthy snacks. I also have no heart diseases among my relatives.
