Is there a worst case scenario??

so many create these "anxiety rules" to protect themselves against their definition of a worst case scenario. Im really curious to know how leading a self inflicted caged in life filled with panic attacks and fear is more acceptable. Maybe thats for the fear of getting help or medicines if you cant even function from the disorder. Which happens to some people.
is there a way maybe to help each other..what is the worst case scenario anyway?
at some point isnt this it!? Because at some level it isnt living at all. Its barely surviving so whats worse? What? Then living each moment in fear of the next? Waing for the pretend heart attack or brain tumor to engulf you? Fainting? You get up? Dieing..honestly are you even living?
Im trying to really understand this. I have ailments so i differ i guess in some ways but i without doubt understand fear and anxiety and panic attacks. Im just very confused in what a person even feels is a worst case scenario that has formed a thick, horrid wall between stuck and moving forward to challange this all. The is a rotten disorder that flourishes in fear.
and i know its a disorder. Thats not the point. Maybe if people all write down their actual worst case scenario everyone can help them and each other to dismantle the thought.
You So to take one step forward.
Almost like forum cbt?
just help each other. So..what is the worst case scenario anyway? Cause i feel like living in fear of fears of fear is basically it. So its only "up" from there.

OH MY
The Adventures of all My Children in New Jersey
The London Borough of Barnet is twinned with Mont Clair, NJ.
Every year there is an exchange of students. All my four children have been. My sister is the Chairperson of the Barnet/Mont Clair Society and she goes over quite a lot y'all.
Heavens, what a lot of mixed experiences my kids have had in Mont Clair...........
Eldest child, female, went first.
"Move along there, ma'am," said a police officer.
"But I'm only looking at the shops!"
"I told you to move along, ma'am!"
So she moved along until the officer was out of sight.
"Excuse me, ma"am, you can't just stand on the sidewalk all day," said police officer number two.........
Daughter gave up and went to meet her friend for coffee, in a place where there were no cops.
Second childd , eldest son, went a couple of years later. We had already had his exchange student to stay with us. He did not make a good impression on my son and his friends. He told me how to wash his clothes and read Advanced Calculus on the tube (subway.)
He also laughed at the food we ate ("THAT wouldn't be considered a steak in the US"
and hogged the computer so that he could check on his stocks and shares.
My son exacted a terrible revenge when he went to Mont Clair. He had such a massive **** in the host family's toilet that they had to call a plumber.
Child three, female, went unwillingly to Mont Clair. She said it was enough for her to gaze at the Statue of Liberty. She was infuriated when the group were told to board a boat and sail out to it,
Child four is now 21. And male. And eternally optimistic. He went three years ago with the intention of enjoying himself.
And he did! He was paired with a young man named Bud (not his real name) and Bud had a car, and my son was amazed that he was already driving. He took my son to a party, (which was NOT on the group's agenda) and my son got drunk for the first time.
He and Bud message each other every day. They are still great friends.
So, Cristina, I regret to say that Mont Clair, NJ, got a mixed reception from my kids..............
But my sister LOVES it. Well, she would. As Chairperson, she is invited out to lunches and dinners every day. As she is pretty greedy, same as me, I'm afraid, she has a wonderful time.
I have never been to NJ. Or anywhere in the US. I live in London, England, and my husband is Scottish, so we spend all our holidays in Scotland, which is fine by me, because my mother was Scottish. so there are many, many relations to visit.
End of brief Time Out from discussion of Worst-Case Scenarios.
Ha-di-ha.

Well I've never been to Mont Clair.. I live around the new york city area. But if you DO come to America.. You should defiantly go to NYC! They have a lot of nice stuff there! Here in NJ we have a lot of cops around because of all the terrorism since 9/11. In the US, there are uprisings happening in a lot of places due to so many shootings and racism. The area where im from is incredibly diverse! We have african, mexican, european, almost every culture and ethnicity you could think of! We have it! Im latina ( Puerto Rican ) 😁 And can speak spanish and english.. But its REALLY ghetto here. Everybody talks slang.
American slang has words like " she so fine "
"She thick" " finna be lit 🔥🔥" and a lot more!! When some people talk like this they just sound dumb.. Honestly.. But its funny 😂😂 for example " yoo the party was lit last night bruh" " tonight i got so much homework... Finna be eatin chinese food " and yea. I could go on but i dont want to sound dumb to y'all lol 😂. We even have Jersey remixes for crying out loud. Its when all these DJ's from new jersey or new york remix regular songs and turn them into club songs. Its awesome! I forgot to mention.. We have six flags great adventure in Jackson NJ.. I go there during the summer and would go on all the rollercoasters! I might actually go again this fall because of fright fest which is a halloween festival.
I dont blame your children for their reactions to Mont Clair. I honestly dont think thats the best place to visit here.. But i think that something that is assigned no? The jersey shore is nice! But its dead rn since summer is over!
and i gotta deal with stress from school and health anxiety. I really hope i'll get to swim this year! My coach wants me to swim butterfly and freestyle this year. I just dont want to have any heart issues.. Like the pvcs turning into NSVT and yada yada yada .

NYC is amazing! My family and I used to go there every year around Christmas time. It's such an exciting city, especially Times Square. But I'm a bit biased towards my Virginia. We've got mountains, beaches, cities (nothing compared to NYC, of course), southern-style rural country, lots of historical landmarks... I've been to about 39 States, but Virginia still seems the best to me (again, I'm largely biased xD).

If you ever come to London, come and visit me!
I have no intention of going to Mont Clair.
Signed Tess.

Yea .. I don't recommend Mont Clair.. There is nothing there to do! If you ever come to Jersey.. The Jersey Shore is nice! But a lot of people stay in New jersey just for new york city really. We get tourists from London all the time! Sometimes from France and Spain!
My mom said we might head over to London after i graduate from HS! Her dream is to visit Italy! But i was thinking of becoming an exchange student either in London or in Spain.
