Is there any effective treatment for Snoring

"Hi all

I'm here with you to seek advice regarding my health issue. I'm a 32-year-old guy suffering from snoring during my sleep as I'm working as a business advisor and staying in an apartment owned by our company. There are also colleague staying with me. They became irritated with my snoring during my sleep. What should I do to avoid this issue? Is there any effective treatment for this issue? Can anyone suggest a method to prevent this? I'm also in search of an effective treatment. Any help will be appreciated
