Is there any harm in looking at the blue sky with one eye?

Today I looked at the blue sky with one eye to check my floaters. There was no sun where I was looking. The sun was behind me but the sky was bright. Is there any harm in that ?

I think everyone has looked at a clear blue sky now and again but the danger is when you are constantly staring at the sky. You may not be staring at the sun but ultraviolet radiation is still reaching your eyes and is not beneficial. If your floaters dont bother you in normal sight then there is no need to keep checking them.
