There are many things that can help. But not everything works for everyone, you'll had to try a few to find out. Sage works OK for me, but Black Cohosh makes me feel 'weird'.
Magnesum and Vit D are good for many things (and we are all probably deficient in these those)
Do some research (not adverts!) and buy good quality - again do your research, there is a lot of rubbish out there and it doesn't always depend on price.

Hi Trishann, I didn't have much luck with Estroven, like you it was recommended I try Black Cohosh but that didn't work either. Macca worked and St. John's wort worked for me. St. John's Wort was good for anxiety. I also took Dong Quai tea that seemed to help and Red Clover tea as well. If I had to do it all over again, I would stick with the Macca as it's all natural as well and Dong Quai. Hope you find relief.
