Is there anymore suggestions to cure BV?

Posted , 7 users are following.

I am really desperate to get rid of this BV. I want to live normally like how I never had this. I already tried metronidazole that my doctor prescribed me but it didn't work. I still got discharge. I just want to wake up and sleep without seeing any discharge. Can someone please help me to get rid of this. I'm so frustrated I don't know what to do. sad

Try probiotics and changing your diet:

Lactobacillus acidophilus ,L. acidophilus or Lactobacillus rhamnosus GR-1 and Lactobacillus fermentum RC-14 are all good for the vagina so just look for these in a probiotic. you can find them in most health stores.

Eat a diet rich in whole foods and avoid sugars, refined carbohydrates.

    Hope this helpssmile

Along with a pro biotic try doing an apple cider vinegar soak

Fill tub up with water to like your belly button make sure water is hot as you can get it

Use 2cups of acv and pour in tub..your gonna sweat but it's well worth it.soak for 30 mins do this 2-3 times a week my PCP told me to continue this as acv is an antibacterial and is good for restoring the pH Flora in the vagina..make sure the pobiotocs are kept in a fridge as they ate live cultures...and make sure they are specifically have the 4 main strains...hope this helps

Ask you gyn about solosec, it’s new.  It’s $325 without insurance but the dr will give you a coupon so you can $25 or $75

Use fine sea salt in baths. One bath a day for four consecutive days. Staying in the bath for 20 minutes each time. This worked for myself. Fine sea salt will not be soft to the skin unlike coarse sea salt. Use about 6 ozs each time.
