I have had a full thickness corneal transplant a year ago and i am also aphakic in that eye (no natural lense) i still cant see very well even when i do the pinhole test?does this mean that contact lenses will not improve my vision if my vision is poor with the pinholes?any input will be appreciated thankyou

    Unfortunately you are correct. The best vision you see through the pinhole is typically the best they will be able to get your vision with glasses or contacts.
