is there medication to help with urine hesitancy ?

  kept having this urine hesitancy so i thought it was a kidney infection at first it was warm out and off and my pee is light yellow and clear after drinking some water. and often times it comes out only a little at a time. did speak to my doctor about the urine hesitancy and he said its nothing to worried about but i am going to see a urologist. Also i get back pain as well.

    Hello detour.. I am also having the same feeling like yours.. Maybe after two days if still the same I will consult my urologist doctor...

    My urologist doctor said nothing to worry because all my lab test OK... He then gave me supplement prostate health. The first week the stream is ok but after that same again...

    I used a diagnostic website last night to learn that there are 8-10 causes of my Sudden Onset Urinary Retention.  Am now on a Foley.

    Back pain, according to my uro, is kidney problem.

    In retrospect now, I would have checked for infection first; avoided spicy foods; drank only 1/4 of the liquids that I did drink, especially after 7pm.

    Believe me, you do not want to be on a catheter with a sudden onset - the hours of waiting distended my bladder to 2 Liters, which may or may not "retrain".

    I've done so many test and results all OK. No problem with my kidneys as per my urologist doctor told me. Maybe tomorrow I'm planning to visit him
