is there something wrong with me?

I'm laying here and I feel dizzy and feel like I'm gonna pass out. I'm scared. My heart races as soon as I move. Anyone else have that?

My CBT counsellor always tells me when I feel like that to test it. Stand up, walk around, see what happens. Anxiety isn't made to harm you or make you pass out. The only way you'll know if it's anxiety is to test those feelings. Xxx

its not really you thats the problem, its the fact we can only exist inside perilous jail triangle,  and it has the potential to make you nervous and edgy from time to time.

Hi a......yes I've had that many times. It is utterly terrifying.

I find taking deep belly breaths really helps slowing my heart down. I understand completely it's easier said than done when you're so scared.

Someone once said to me, when it starts happening run up and down a flight of stairs just to prove you're heart is fine and it is just anxiety.

    Take care
