Is there something wrong with my labia minora?

Last week i went to the doctor and she said i have condyloma (hpv) but i dont think that she was right because i didnt notice any warts on my labia area just small bumps.. she did freezing treatment on it and now i have wound on my labia. I WAS THERE ONLY LIKE 3minutes and she didnt check that well my labia. i dontFile size is too big notice small bumps when i check to the mirror but if i take photo with flash and i zoom in i see many small bumps..

Could this be hpv or vp or something else? I Havent sleep well for 1 week because of this please HELP ME!
