Is there something wrong with my penis glans? (PICTURES)

Hi everyone,

I am a 20 year old virgin. I have tight foreskin and have tried stretching. However I only started stretching and washing my penis regularly since last year, and ever since stretching it and opening the foreskin I noticed some discoloration in my glans. I went to see the doctor and she prescribed clotrimazole for 10 days for a suspected yeast infection. However this coloration still remains and I am worried if it is something incurable or requires circumcision. There is no itchiness or pain.

Recently I tried using Olive oil from the kitchen to clean it and some red spots appeared, though this could be from masturbating a lot recently.

Could it be hardened smegma, balanitis XO or thrush? Please help!!

*For stretching, what techniques are effective? I can fully stretch it over the glans when flaccid but still it remains hard to pull back when erect. Recently I have been stretching it while flaccid and letting it be erect, which makes my penis kinda sore where the foreskin is..

Thank you guys so much for your help!

Go back to your doctor and ask if there are other creams to help the redness. Also ask about steroid creams she can prescribe to help your stretching. At no stage should it be needed to have a circumcision. If you do, I fear you would regret it as you would miss out on a lot of pleasure nerve-endings that are destroyed with full circumcision.

Could you tell if the light discoloration is an indicator of balanitis or some other infection?

I have asked my doctor about creams for stretching but she said it is only a temporary measure..

Sometimes I've had something like that and treated it with ant-fungal cream (same as athlete's foot treatment). Daktarin or Canesten in the UK. From the Pharmacy.

      Thankss for your help!

I went to the GP a few months ago and she prescribed me some clotrimazole. I’ve discontinued using it after 10 days but that thing still remained.

Could it be natural discoloration or something else?

Ask your doctor to prescribe Triamcinolone ointment. This ointment will help with the redness and red spots.

Hi Ryan, Sorry but that does look pretty normal for me, try this get some coconut oil and start using it 3 to 4 times a day by just massaging it into your penis head, your find it really good for your penis health and it doe fight  a, or, yeast infection that could be around, bonus its good for lots of other things and last you can cook with it, no its a real good oil for skin problems, you can masturbate with it, its a real good sex lubricant, just read up about it, its that simple.

Probably best to start your own thread.

The OP looks like some infection as already commented on (Red marks).

The purple is just veins which may show more due to poor circulation as his foreskin is/was a little tight at the time.
