Is this a bad sign or coincidence?

i know this will seem like an odd post but hopefully will make sense as i go along.... i don't know if anyone can help but i have had half of my back tooth knocked out by a cherry of all things! i have coeliac disease but even more scary than this i have osteopenia. should i be worried that this is the start of things to come or just bad luck? i have never had anything like this before! i am obviously going to see my dentist but would let your doctor's know too?
