Is this a cold sore

I recently got strep throat and started taking antibiotics. within two days of taking the antibiotics this bump came on my lip. I have never had a cold sore before but have heard that that fever is a symptom of it. this has been bugging be a lot and would like to know what this is. thanks for the help. image
