Is this a cyst??

Yesterday I noticed a lump had formed where the gland is, I've had this before after sex and they usually go away after a couple of days. I haven't had sex in a while now so checked it out and there's a bit of swelling about the size of a pea but also a white patch surrounded with blood under the skin? It's not really sore to touch but after is irritated- it's also hard. I'm just worried as living in Spain for two months so unlikely to seek medical help for this time. Does this sound like a cyst or something else? I've recently had a full screen and come back clean so not an sti, I really don't know what it could be and it's stressing me out as I'm not at home or able to go home to see a gyn.
