Is this a foot ulcer, and should I worry about diabetes?

Hi, I have been severely worried about diabetes and diabetic ulcers. Over the past month, I developed these 2 things on the bottom of my foot, which I have never had before. I don't see this on my right foot, only on my left foot. Are these ulcers? They do not hurt, but they are scaring me very badly. Please help. Thank you.
