I'm a 31 year old female with no children and i am concerned that i may have a prolapse.
I think my urine habits have changed and ive felt low pelvic pressure a few months ago - has since died down.
could someone advise if this looks like a prolapse or just a possibly lower cervix in me cycle?

Low dragging pelvic pressure is often the first sign of a prolapse but it usually gets worse as time goes on and doesnt go away.. As you havent had any children its even more unlikely...although not impossible. You say you've had a change in your urinary habits...what are they?
