Is this a genital herpes breakout or a yeast infection?

According to the images below, could this be a genital herpes outbreak or just a yeast infection? i recently just finished my antibiotics for tonsillitis and 2 days before i finished the bottle, i got a yeast infection. its been really itchy and I've been dealing with a lot of swelling of my inner labias. i recently found out that my sexual partner of 3 months has genital herpes from a STD test (i wanted to make sure they were clear of all STD's before having unprotected sex because i had gotten a IUD recently as well) i got a full STD test screening 20 days after the first time we had sex, and everything was negative. we have been having sex ever since because we both didn't know he had genital herpes. i will be getting another test done at the end of this month and at the end of September because by then, if i ever contracted it, the blood tests would be accurate. According to the images of my labias, does it look like an outbreak? I'm going to go get a swab test tomorrow. could this just be from itching?
