But I am.not having sex with girls or receives any oral sex, is it possible to get it with poor hygiene?

no you dont get it with poor hygeine. It could be from a previous sexual partner and only just shown or it could be something completly different id go and have it checked out just to be safe

Thanks for that. What I mean is I never use my penis to have sex. I only experience having anal sex and I am the bottom.

you can still get it through anal sex but it would usually show up around the area of transmition not on the front but it is possible

so it means that I got it by giving anal sex and the herpes shows on my penis?

so if your not having sex with your penis but someone is giving you anal sex and you are the reciever if they have herpes they can pass this to you via anal sex but it will usually apear at the sight of transmission (the bottom) but can apear anywhere in the genital region but usually at the place its been transmitted. If you have recieved oral sex this can also be a way of getting herpes

Thanks for your response. No I dont receive any oral sex since that I am a straight gay/crossdresser. I hope this is just an allergy or other types of skin infection as my anxiety is killing me. If I receive it through anal sex, I should have anal herpes but no, only in my penis.
