Is this a genital wart?

A few days ago I noticed what felt like a small bump on my left labia, I took a look at it and I do have something small that sticks out a bit from the skin around it but honestly its hard to tell if its just part a part of the skin on my labia that I had not noticed before, a skin tag or a genital wart? If it is a wart its just one as there's nothing else around it.

I'm currently single and I have had two sexual encounters with the same person since I was last tested. We used a condom when having penetrative sex but I know you can get it from skin to skin contact. I will get tested as soon I I can I just wanted a second opinion! image
