I started with pain when sitting at the beginning of Decemeber, that went away and then then I had a feeling like something was in my bum hole. I had a look and saw this. No blood when I go to the toilet.!Is this a hemmaroid?image

It's really hard to tell from that picture. It's just not really clear. Did you try taking fiber, drinking lots of water, etc? If it is a hemm, make sure you are not constipated, first and foremost. I have hemorrhoids that never bleed. Try to see a doctor when you can, it'll give you peace of mind!
