Yup , that looks like a hemorrhoid, or a swollen skin tag. It'll go away on it's own, if you don't make it worse (make sure you don't strain when bm, drink water, eat some more fiber). If it doesn't hurt, push it back in, you'll be just fine!

Hi Rose, This is a haemorrhoid, they are blood vessels bulging in the bum, they can be internal or external...an ointment like Anusol will help shrink it down, the loose skin is probably from an old h..roid, that bled and left an empty bit of tissue, you can use warm salt water soaks or even a heating pad to help shrink it, if after you increase fiber through food, it doesn't help try added fiber like benefiber &etc to get around 20g fiber/daily, drink at least 6 glasses of water & other fluids, fiber sucks up fluids to add bulk and soften poo...if THAT doesn't work, ask your DR if a stool softener can help, meat & dairy can be constipating, so maybe cut back or alternate days, the bit of tissue may remain but, its nothing to worry about...keep it clean & you may want to get a ring shaped pillow, as sitting long hours can make it worse, get up and move around a bit, every hour, as sitting is bad for everything Good Luck & BEST WISHES💒🎶🌈♾🐾🍀☮
