is this a haemorrhoid or something else? I've noticed it over the past three years and it fluctuates in size. right now its bigger that it has been in a long time - it is uncomfortable and difficult when it comes to cleaning. I've tried to find photos of something similar but haven't had much luck - what is it?

It looks like haemorrhoids and possibly some loose skin from when they have deflated. A doctor can confirm haemorrhoids easily, and though it can be embarrassing, they see them every day. Try getting a squirt bottle to help with cleaning after a BM . It's better than wiping with dry TP.

Those could be skin tags from internal hems. If you go to your doc, they can tell you what they are!

how does your perineum (skin between vag opening and anus) feel?
Mine is super hard and I feel it move when i strain. My last colonoscopy saidit was internal rhoids but they havent been anble to explain the stiffness in between.
