Is this a herpes? Please help

i tested negative for both HIV and STD. Previously i was told it is just a fingus infection. but the antifungal ointment didnt work. help anyone?

What is the issue? Is the redness of penis is an issue here? does it itches ? Any other symptom if you can tell then only someone can help on this forum.

there is pimple like small white spot in frenulum. it has been around for few months. hasnt disspeared. i dont know if it is a herpes or is it harmful. there are not other symptoms. please help

Pimple doesn't look like herpes one. Herpes pimples are in cluster and have fluid filled. It can be a normal pimple not a STD. But, to be sure you must see a doctor and perform STD tests. Test are the best way to give peace to mind. Again, this pimple does not looks like herpes to me.
