      i see your question.... I dont see any open sores or herpes blisters.

      hi im reffering to the redness on both inner thighs, does it look like a herpes rash? i searched online they said it can be a rash instead of sores

      it may be a rash , allergic reaction .

      keep an eye on it and monitor the color, shape and any other symptoms.

      its hard to tell if its herpes because of the hair. herpes outbreak would have fluid filled cyst (pimples) and painful
