IS THIS A HERPES SORE?

It started off as a pimple, It had a bit of puss in it but when i showered it popped on its own. It Started to form 3/21. Ive had many ingrowns and nothing resembles this. I dont really see it healing considiring its been a week. It never hurt, it was never raw or deep hollow like a sore. It did itch. What can i do to make it go away quicker? Ive been putting antibiotic ointment but doesnt seem to help. Not sure if this is a first mild outbreak or idk. Im just tired of seeing that on my vagina.

    The head of it is like a dried up yellow. I havent picked at it and i dont want to i believe those things make things worst. I know herpes show up as clusters but it is not unheard of of a outbreak of just 1. My exposure was 3/15.
