noticed this about 2 weeks ago? is this a HPV wart? located in bottom butt cheek area

Yes,very likely. The sooner you get it treated the quicker it will heal.

They are usually treated with medication so yes,definitely need treatment. Dermatologist or STI clinic. If you are in UK ,you should see your GP or go to an STI clinic.

very likey. doctor can diagnose and if it is can perscribe a cream before trying other forms of removal
