Is this a Meyerson Nevus or a weird/concerning mole?

The other day I was feeling my back and noticed a raised mole that I’ve never felt before. I have a TON of moles so I can't say if it's new or if it's always been there, just flat.

I scratched it and tried to squeeze it to see if it was a pimple or bug bite, so ignore that spot in the middle since that’s likely from me scratching it.

It doesn’t hurt or itch. In certain lights it looks really red but in close ups it seems smaller and less red. it possible that this is a Meyerson naevus? I did just have a sunburn and I’ve heard they can appear after that. I did read though that a Meyersons Naevus would normally be itchy or dry, which mine isn't.

Hi there. I too have alot of moles... Also several removed. The best thing to do is get it checked... It doesn't look anything sinister to me... But abnormal cells are often bit and part of moles, so if thst mole has changed at all... Best to get to removed. If you haven't had tht before... They literally peel it off like a sticker.

Its no issue, would be done at the doctors etc then they send it off for a test... Unfortunately mine came back as having large amounts of abnormal cells... Which isn't cancer, but has a higher risk of changing into tht... So again back at the doctors, they will remove a small chunk of flesh to eliminate any stray abnormal cells that may of spread. It's not as bad as it sounds.

Although I think it looks nothing more than a scratched mole, Get it checked out as I'm no doctor. 😃
