Is this a normal vagina?

I took my yearly std test and the doctor stated that if i dont hear anything back from them then im good, its been a couple months and i havent heard anything and i know that should be a good thing and i havent had sex since about october 2019 but my mind is constantly overthinking so im wondering if i can get a little input before i decide if i should take another test. i have no symptions of any std/sti and my vagina doesnt smell or itch or burn, i dont typically exam this area ( as in spread inside and look) but today I decided to and I just want to know if this is normal.
