You should get another opinon I see a cystourthrocele as well. your urethra is sagging and I see an anterior buldge. Join apops on FB and see a pelvic floor physical therapist

i just saw this now
i am six years post partum but have had trouble since giving birth
my episiotomy was re done at 17 'onths post partum as it had formed a weird ridge and felt very uncomfortable during sex for me and my husband
