Is this a prolapse of some form

Hi I had a full hystectomy 5 years ago cervix ovaries and uterus all removed. I've been having g issues withconsitpation for about 6 months and I have also had previous issues with passing urine ... the urine issue seems to have gone away. I discovered this 3 days ago I think it is a prolapse but wondered if anyone else had any ideas
