Is this a prolapse? Pictures included

Hi,
I've been suffering with urinary incontinence and frequent urination for the last year. I went for an ultrasound 8 months ago which didn't show anything. I have also tried physio but haven't noticed any difference.
I'm not sure if this is normal. I'd greatly appreciate any advice.
Thank you in advance.image

It doesnt look like a prolapse and you would have other symptoms. I wonder which type of prolapse you were thinking about? If you are convinced you have a prolapse then do see your doctor as a pelvic and vaginal examination is the only way to find out. You dont say how old you are. If you are 50+ then urinary incontinence becomes very common. If its the sort associated with sneezing and jumping then that is stress incontinence and if its just a feeling that suddenly you have to wee then that is urge incontinence.
Have you seen a physio specialist in pelvic floor exercises? Women are often surprised that they are doing them all wrong.
Have you tried looking at a Kegel regime? There are electronic devices that can help get the pelvic floor muscles working properly.
If you are in UK there are surgical procedures that can help but they are usually the last thing to be considered when all else fails. Have you had your urine tested for infection? If nothing helps then do ask to see a urogynaecologist, who knows how the female bladder works in conjunction with the other pelvic organs.

Hi Marina,
Thank you for the advice. I had tried physiotherapy but it hasnt helped and I have now been referred to a urogynaecologist. I've attached another picture because i think it looks similar to a prolapse picture i saw whilst researching.
Can you advise if you think it might be prolapse please as i am really worried.
Thanks in advance.

Dont be worried. If you have been referred to a urogynaecologist your doctor must have examined you......what did he/she say?
Unless a prolapse is actually hanging out of the vagina its almost impossible to tell from a photo. Your urogyn will probably ask for lots of tests to be done and the results of these and an examination will give them some idea of what is going on. Then they can decide what to do.Its a case of working with your consultant to get the best result.
