Is this a prolapse? What is this?

i thought this was a prolapsed uterus. it is so painful and its making it very difficult to urinate. i tried making an appointment at the womens clinic but they refused and said i had to go to the ER because of the difficulty urinating. i went and spent 5 hours there only to be told that they werent sure and to be referred back to the dr i was trying to get an apt with in the first place. im waiting for the referral but im desperate for pain relief and answers
