I already went to a doctor and she said this is some kind of infected anal fissure but due to reading so much in google I find it resembling the herpes, and it makes me so afraid. she prescribed me with an antibiotic.

How are you doing now? An antibiotic won't help with herpes. For that you'll need an antiviral like valtrex. If it hasn't healed or is draining then it could be an abscess.

hello it went away last, for almost 2 weeks then I feel it is coming back again today. although the pain is very much minor. i was taking antibiotics. also the new thing right now is that in my anus area, just a little away from it like in butt cheek there is a lump that is a little painful too. this situation is getting on me, i feel too much anxiety

apart from this I was diagnosed with throid nodule.. so my whole october is ruined and i dont know for the next coming months.

Sounds like a fistula. I'm dealing with this right now. Your best bet is to go to a Colorectal Surgeon and get it looked at. Other Doctors tend to miss this diagnosis. A CRS Dr specializes in bums and can tell you for sure what you're dealing with.

In the meantime, start healing your body from the inside out. You might want to look at a site called Healing Bottoms. There's lots of good information on there. Lots of science into adding tumeric, oregano oil, garlic and ACV to your diet.

I get anxiety from these things too. Look on youtube for some anxiety - healing videos. Also look into tapping for anxiety.

Water can sting me sometimes if the pressure is too high. I have a bidet so I try to keep it adjusted to low - med pressure.

I had surgery for hemorrhoids, fissures and a skin tag March of 2021. I decided to give myself a year to heal. I was still in pain so I went back to the CRS June 2022. Thats when I was told that I had develped a fistula. I went for a second opinion and it was confirmed. Both surgeons suggested a fistulotomy with a possible seton. (Those are difficult to explain. Research it if you're curious). I'm been looking into home remedies to heal fistulas. I'm hoping to avoid surgery if I can. But, If it gets really bad, I'll of course go back to the Dr.

As far as symptoms, I have a little bump that comes and goes. I think its an abscess that fills and drains. These can develop anywhere in the bottom, even the bum cheeks.

I also want to avoid any surgeries at all if possible so probably I will try to do a lifestyle change first. and I am hoping for your recovery as you have been in this situation for how long already. that bump that you feel, is that just a plain bump? nothing like white spot or red spot like a pimple?

It's kind of like a pimple. Definitely go see a specialist for confirmation of what you're dealing with. Then decide on the right treatment for you.
