Hi. Im so scared of what i found on my scrotem. Its weird looking and i think its painful because it hurts when i walk which is why i decided to investigate. I saw this weird looking thing. I had sex with my ex a few weeks ago mayb over a month now. Can anyone tell me what this looks like? Does it look like herpes? Pls help im just so scared. Any replies is greatly appreciated.

Usual incubation period is a week, two max, so not over a month. It's true that first outbreaks can be delayed, but that's less common than websites would have you believe. The timing thus seems off for herpes, but the only way to know for sure whether this is or isn't herpes is for you to get the sore swab tested for herpes asap, before any healing sets in.

Thank you for responding. Ive been looking on line and i haven't seen any pics that look like this when googling herpes. Does it in any way look like herpes to you?

Not exactly, but herpes can assume several forms. If it doesn't ulcerate and goes away very quickly, then it's even less likely to be herpes. I already suspect that it's not just from the time between that encounter to your sore spot appearing, but again, only a swab test can say for sure.
